DDS has been an absolute lifesaver!! During our major remodel I could always rely on DDS to be there doing exactly what they were supposed to and even letting me know when my GC was not doing the things we had planned. The DDS team was at my office I swear 24/7 for 3 weeks. On a daily basis we have amazing response time, and they are so patient when the problem is operator error:) They are an amazing team and I consider them part of my team!!

They are awesome IT professionals. When my server crashed, they had it running in 24 hours. When my network was slowing down, they fixed it so my workstations worked faster. Trust that they will FIX your IT problems, I do. Their service has INCREASED my office's productivity, which is what REALLY matters.

We found DDS Tech, when our office had a major issue and our existing I.T. provider couldn't get to us that day. Being the height of Covid, it was somewhat understandable, but our dental office is completely digital and we would basically have had to shut down until the issue was fixed. DDS Tech was able to get us up and running. Often, service industries are great when they are trying to earn your business, but not so much once they have it. DDS Tech has been consistently reliable and efficient from day one. It’s also a plus that they are local and small enough that I know my I.T. people by name. Mason and Doug are incredible - professional and NICE. In my 20+ yrs managing dental offices, I have dealt with many I.T. companies and DDS Tech is definitely at the top.
